ASH WEDNESDAY
Ash Wednesday, February 17, is not a Holy Day of Obligation; however,
Mass will be celebrated and ashes distributed at 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

MEN’S CLUB THANK YOU
A sincere thanks to the Holy Spirit Men's Club for hosting our wonderful Super Bowl Party last Sunday evening in the Parish Hall.
A great time was had by all who attended, especially the Saints fans!
The Men's Club also wants to thank all of you who supported their fund-raising raffle by selling and buying tickets.

Bunko for Breast Cancer will be February 19 at Al Sihah Shrine Park off of Rocky Creek Road.
Doors open at 5:30 PM and program begins at 7:00 PM

K of C LENTEN FISH FRY
Beginning this Friday (Feb.19) and continuing every Friday during Lent,
the Knights of Columbus invite you to enjoy a delicious Fish Fry with all the trimmings
served from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM in the K of C Home located behind St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Baked fish and grilled cheese sandwiches will be available for those who don’t want fried fish.
After supper the K of C encourages you to attend the Stations of the Cross beginning at 7:00 PM at St. Joseph’s.

College Tuition Assistance Applications for high school seniors

IRISH NIGHT AT ST. PETER CLAVER
This year Irish night will be on February 27 from 8:00-11:00 PM at St. Peter Claver. 
Tickets are $20 each or for a table of ten $200.

BISHOP'S ANNUAL APPEAL
You should have received a letter and pledge card in the mail from Bishop Boland last week.
Please don't put off making your gift!  If you did not receive a letter, we have extra pledge cards and envelopes available in the church narthex.
We want to show our love for Bishop Boland and our support of the diocesan family by continuing to exceed our goal ($18,040.00) as we have for the past seven years.

FATHER DAN FIRMIN
We are very pleased to announce that Fr. Dan Firmin, Chancellor of the Diocese of Savannah, will lead our Lenten Parish Mission March 8-10, 2010. 
Fr. Dan will be speaking on "The Year of the Priest and the Common Priesthood of the Lay Faithful."
He will speak after the 9:00 AM Mass and at 7:00 PM each day.  Please reserve these dates and make plans to join us!

BILOXI & NEW ORLEANS
Join the Roaming Catholics Travel Club and Fr. Mike Ingram on a fun-filled trip to the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino in Biloxi
and an optional day trip to the French Quarter in New Orleans.
The chartered bus trip is Sunday, April 25 through Wednesday, April 28.  Pick up a flier in the narthex or call the church office for all the details!

"LADIES NIGHT OUT"
Covenant Care Services is hosting its annual "Ladies Night Out" on Thursday, March 4, 2010
at 7:00 PM at Harvest Church, 3322 Hwy 41 N. in Warner Robins.
Tickets are $20 each and include fantastic entertainment by Rhonda Rich and unbelievable 'rich' desserts following the show.
