CURSILLO ULTREYA
T
he Macon Deanery Ultreya will meet this month at Holy Spirit, in the Parish Hall.
If you have made your Cursillo or if you are interested in making your Cursillo please come to the Ultreya
at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 11, 2010.

MEN'S CLUB
Holy Spirit Men's Club will have their monthly meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2010.
Dinner, by Chef Joe Hargrove, begins at 6:30 PM followed by the meeting at 7:00 PM.
Guest speaker will be Judge Taylor Phillips, Senior Judge for the State of Georgia.
He will speak on “Crime in Macon and the Criminal Justice System.”
Judge Phillips is a decorated Marine veteran having served in World War II and Korea.
He has also served two terms in the Georgia House of Representatives and one term in the Georgia Senate.
Judge Phillips brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with us.
All men of the parish are invited to attend this dinner and meeting.
Also please support the Men's Club Raffle by purchasing a ticket from any member or after Mass.


ST. VINCENT DE PAUL
The monthly meeting will be Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 7:00 PM at Family Advancement Ministries, 570 High Street.
As we celebrate the beginning of a New Year and the ending of another decade,
let us continue to support the Society of St. Vincent de Paul so that together we can help the poor as they carry their cross of suffering.

FR. MIKE OUT OF TOWN
Fr. Mike will be on vacation January 18-21 and will be leading the Rachel's Vineyard Retreat January 22-24.

C.C.W. SPAGHETTI DINNER
Mark Your Calendars! The Annual CCW Spaghetti Supper will be held on Saturday, January 30 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Parish Hall.
Tickets prices are: $6 Adult, $3 Child; or $18 Family and will be on sale after all Masses or may be purchased from the church office or any CCW member.
The meal will consist of spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert, and a drink.
Please invite your family and friends to join us for this delicious meal and fellowship!
Remember, the CCW uses all proceeds to do good works for Holy Spirit Parish.

MASS OF HEALING
Fr. Ingram will have a Mass of Healing on February 11, 2010; that is the National Day of Prayer for the sick.
Mass will be at 9:00 AM followed by breakfast in the Parish Hall.
